Brad

Bradley E. Dubin

Co-Founder, Director of Acquisitions and General Counsel
Brad is responsible for originating and acquiring new senior living communities. He also oversees legal matters for all Bloomfield Senior Living communities. Prior to co-founding Bloomfield Senior Living, Brad oversaw portfolio acquisitions for a Michigan / Florida based commercial real estate investment group, and worked with boutique Wall Street and premier national law firms in New York City. Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Brad is a member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association, South Carolina Assisted Living Federation of America, Indiana Assisted Living Association, Assisted Living Federation of America and National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care Industry. Brad serves on the Executive Board of the America Seniors Housing Association. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Scott

Scott M. Kantor

Co-Founder, Director of Operations
Scott works directly with community operation teams to promote the achievement of resident satisfaction and company initiatives for all Bloomfield Senior Living communities. Prior to co-founding Bloomfield Senior Living, Scott was a Seniors Housing Specialist for a Real Estate Investment Services firm in Chicago. Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hartford. Scott has completed various Executive Education programs including Management & Operations and Development of Senior Housing from the Erickson School. Scott is a member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association, South Carolina Assisted Living Federation of America, Indiana Assisted Living Association, Assisted Living Federation of America, America Seniors Housing Association and National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care Industry.
Tony

Tony Kantor

Co-Founder, Director of Finance
Tony is responsible for financial matters of all Bloomfield Senior Living communities including balance sheet management, raising capital and preparing monthly statements. Prior to co-founding Bloomfield Senior Living, Tony worked in commercial real estate for a Michigan based investment group and a New York City private bank. Tony earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Masters of Science in Finance from Walsh College. Tony is a member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association, South Carolina Assisted Living Federation of America, Indiana Assisted Living Association, Assisted Living Federation of America, America Seniors Housing Association and National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care Industry.
